Netflix Film announced all the new movies hitting its library in December. From a bunch of classics to just as many Netflix originals, there’s surely something for everyone.

Films recommended from the list include “Mank” (it’s only one of the most anticipated films of the year!), “Peppermint” (a tightly-wound Jennifer Garner action-thriller), and “Ava” (let’s face it, Jessica Chastain and John Malkovich squaring off against one another is cinematic bliss).

There are plenty of other notable pictures on the list as well. Check out “Triple 9” for your annual dose of Casey Affleck. “A California Christmas” is a rom-com Netflix original film. And “The Professor and the Madman” is a compelling bio-drama starring Sean Penn as Dr. William Chester Minor.
