Lost in Translation and The Language of Love
This time of year is typically reserved for big-budget blockbusters (and most theaters in our area are exclusively screening a 50-50 mix of action and horror films), so Film Radar’s latest analysis titled ‘Lost in Translation & The Language of Love’ feels like a rather necessary respite amongst all the current cinematic commotion.
Sofia Coppola’s ‘Lost In Translation’ is wonderfully pensive and one of the better films to address the universal human emotions of love, longing, loneliness, and isolation.
Film Radar speaks to these emotions in a personal way, but also relates them to the larger issue of how all of us are challenged by the trials and tribulations of maintaining interpersonal relationships.
